Canada Immigration Process

BEFORE APPLYING – INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Client becomes interested in immigration to Canada.
Client contacts us by submitting Application for Free Assessment.
Immigration route begins with the prospective immigrant presenting the particulars of their educational and professional experience.
We assess educational and professional skills, training and experience for permanent residence in Canada.
We then evaluate the clients’ overall qualifications and appraise their probability to acquire permanent immigration to Canada based on various options.
We plan a detailed case for submission to the Canadian immigration authorities along with the required documents.
We will prepare a detailed written Cover letter to accompany the client’s Application package.

IN PROCESS APPLICATION

Submit the application forms with the fees to a Canadian Immigration Office.
Application received by IRCC which reviews it and sends an acknowledgement letter with File Number.
Canada Embassy may ask for any additional documents / Medical Exam & Interview.
Application assessment may be completed with or without a personal interview.
IRCC appraises the application and decides if an interview is necessary. If so, they will inform you in writing of the date, time and location of the interview.
Client receives Interview call letter to attend a personal interview at Canadian Visa office.
We prepare the applicant comprehensively for the interview, where the client demonstrates and proves their suitability for immigration to Canada.

DECISION MADE

IRCC Reviews your application to see if you qualify for Canadian immigration.
Medical Results Received by IRCC. We will contact you if additional tests are needed.
We track the various stages of the case and coordinate with the Canadian immigration authorities to ensure a smooth process and reduce clients’ problems.
Application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.
If your application is approved, you will receive your Permanent resident visa & other documentation.
The immigrant visa will bear an expiration date and the client must arrive in Canada prior to the expiration date to become landed.
Applicant Arrives in Canada and is Granted Permanent Residence.
Landing for new life in Canada begins.
