The Processing fees schedule above is payable to the Government of Canada. This has to be fully paid when the application is submitted with all the documents.

The Right of Landing Fee can be paid at a later date when the Application has been approved by the Government of Canada and the Visa ready to be issued. This has to be paid by all adult permanent resident applicants who are 19 years of age or over, irrespective of the immigrant class being applied for. The Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) is payable at any time earlier to issuance of Landing documents.

Our fees are reasonably competitive and are assessed based on complexity of the clients case and services provided. We will explain our fees and payment schedule and methods before a Client is asked to sign a Retainer agreement.
