Canada Immigration Consultant Fee
Our charges are fair and reasonable and in tune with market demand. We charge on the basis of what the market is charging for similar services and have structured our fees accordingly.
We charge fees for immigration visa processing that are in keeping with Industry standards. The general nature of fees is agreed in advance with the final fee depending on case complexity and the type of visa processing required by our clients. Generally, a partial payment is due with the Retainer Agreement before any work can begin. The balance is paid in installments at each step of the application process.
We review each case on their own merits, separately and individually, to consider clients specific situations when determining the consulting fee.
Note: Our fees do not include any of the processing fees payable to the Canadian High Commission, Qualifications assessment By Professional bodies, Medical, English Test expenses etc.
| MONEY BACK ASSURANCE | We stand behind the professional quality of work we do and a truthful approach to every prospective client. We do not accept any case unless we ourselves are convinced of the success of your immigration application to Canada.
We give a written "Money-Back Assurance" in the unlikely happening that your immigration file is not successful and refused. We will refund the consulting fee less the Retainer fee & administrative costs incurred by us.
If your application for Canadian Permanent Residence is refused for any reason other than health, criminality, security or misrepresentation or omission of information on your application, we shall promptly refund to you all Consulting fees paid by you. However, No such refund will be made should you voluntarily withdraw your application for Canadian Permanent Residence.
The money back assurance does have several Terms & Conditions that are detailed in our written legal Retainer Agreement. | |
